Job Description

We are looking for a motivated IT graduate to join our telecom, security, and control systems department. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to develop their technical and business skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the design of telecom, security and building systems.
- Assist with drawings, reports and technical documentation.
- Work on security systems such as CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion Detection.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with architects and other engineers.
- Help solve technical issues and support project delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain technical information.
- Learn and apply engineering standards and best practices.
- Gradually take on more responsibility and support projects from design through to completion.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the design or support of electronic security systems within building projects.
- Basic understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems, and associated security infrastructure.
- Good level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with applicable regulations and industry standards related to electronic security systems.
- Interest in security technologies and willingness to learn about vendor solutions and system integration.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Experience with Revit and Visio is a plus.
- Understanding of multidisciplinary project environments and ability to collaborate with Architecture and MEP teams.
- Exposure to telecommunications infrastructure, voice evacuation systems, or building management systems would be advantageous.
- International project exposure is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to develop technical expertise.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
