Senior Program Manager

Title:
Senior Program Manager

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as Program Management support
- Provide leadership and guidance to overall program management team
- Establish policies, procedures, and goals for continued successful program execution.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and facilitate improvement as necessary
- Travel in support of the program, customer, and company
- Interface with government and subcontractor personnel.
- Facilitate program purchasing and coordinate between project level POCs to ensure program budgetary goals are met.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years’ experience.
- Active DoD TS Clearance
- Experience must be Program Management related. Government contract related experience preferred.
- Additional experience with IAC MAC related contract vehicles.
- Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
