# Job Description

We are the makers of possible

BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

We believe that the human element, across our global teams, is what allows us to continually evolve. Join us and discover an environment in which you’ll be supported to learn, grow and become your best self. Become a maker of possible with us.

BD is seeking a transformative leader to serve as Senior Vice President, Health System Partnerships & Solutions , reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).   This role is designed to redefine how the company partners with the most important health systems across the US. This executive will architect and lead game-changing, enterprise-level collaborations that deliver measurable outcomes, unlock operational excellence, and create value for patients, providers, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

As the face of BD to Health Systems (IDNs, Hospitals, ASCs, LTC Facilities), Clinical and Procedural Stakeholders, Government and Public Health Entities and other strategic health system partners (GPOs, Distribution and Channel Partners), this leader will drive a new era of value-based engagement rooted in shared accountability, clinical innovation, and economic impact. The SVP will orchestrate BD’s full portfolio of technologies, services, and data-driven capabilities into integrated solutions that solve the most pressing challenges in care delivery while simultaneously improving sales velocity and increasing BD sales overall.

The SVP should be a visionary strategist, a trusted advisor, and a bold change agent — someone who can co-create with C-suite health system leaders, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and deliver sustained transformation. The SVP will lead a cross-functional team of solution architects, commercial leaders, and clinical experts, and will be accountable for forging multi-year partnerships that drive breakthrough outcomes in quality, cost, and experience, while also driving significant revenue growth.

The SVP Health System Partnerships & Solutions will elevate BD’s role from a major vendor to strategic partner building enduring alliances that shape the future of healthcare delivery.
