Join Lenovo's Quality Engineering team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Lenovo Certified Refurbished (LCR) products. This position combines hands-on product evaluation, quality auditing, lab operations, and partner collaboration to help deliver high-quality refurbished devices while supporting Lenovo's growing Circular Economy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Quality Reviews for Lenovo Certified Refurbished (LCR) PC’s and devices
- Report generation for LCR partners that communicate Lenovo review findings
- Performance testing – (laptops/desktops/AIO/visuals/Motorola)
- Manage international shipment of materials to LCR partners
- Inspection of samples for cosmetic defects
- Perform quality audits of existing and potential partners
Lab Management
- Shipping/receiving coordinator for all imports/exports, both domestic and international
- Asset management including e-waste coordination for aged equipment and PCs
- Lab/facilities management
- Lab safety and environmental policy adherence
- Ordering of lab supplies and equipment
- Calibration coordination for lab equipment (multimeters, scopes, calipers, gages etc.)
- ESD compliance management (including ESD testing of lab benches / equipment)
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with PC hardware and Windows OS
- Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work some evening hours
- Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
Basic Requirements:
- 2+ years of lab, technical/IT, quality assurance/inspection, and/or administrative/organizational experience
