Qualifications

- Construction background preferred
- Ability to use office suite
- Some travel is possible (as a PM mandatory)
- Familiar with change orders, RFI's, submittals, construction schedules, AIA billing, budgets, etc.
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and traverse job sites and uneven terrain
- Valid license
