Para Skechers LATAM, estamos en búsqueda de un ANALISTA SÉNIOR DE SISTEMAS FINANCIEROS.

Como miembro del equipo de TI de Skechers, el Analista Sénior de Sistemas Financieros – LATAM será el recurso regional principal para el soporte de Sistemas Financieros en toda la región LATAM.

Este rol tecno-funcional es responsable de brindar soporte a Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM y otras aplicaciones dentro del portafolio de Sistemas Financieros.

Con sede en CHILE o BRASIL, esta persona será el punto de contacto clave para los usuarios finales de LATAM — coordinando el soporte, impulsando mejoras, gestionando el aprovisionamiento de usuarios y colaborando con el equipo global de TI, las partes interesadas de finanzas y los socios de servicios administrados, para garantizar que los sistemas operen de manera efectiva y eficiente en la zona horaria de LATAM.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

Regional Support & End-User Enablement

- Serve as the support contact for LATAM finance system users across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, and related Finance Systems’ applications
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day support activities with managed services partner(s) operating within the LATAM time zone, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Manage and resolve system issues and service requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to end-users
- Serve as the regional escalation point between end-users, managed services partners, and the global Finance Systems team for complex or high-priority issues
- Perform user provisioning, access management, and security role assignments in compliance with SOX and internal control requirements
- Monitor system performance, integration health, and scheduled processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Support finance month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

Project Delivery & Enhancements

- Lead and coordinate LATAM participation in system enhancement projects, upgrades, and global feature rollouts
- Gather and document region-specific business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
- Execute and coordinate testing cycles (functional, integration, UAT) for new releases and enhancements
- Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and communications for LATAM end-users

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate financial processes leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities
- Analyze current-state workflows and recommend improvements that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, process flows, and configuration records

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

- Serve as the regional liaison between LATAM finance stakeholders, managed services partners, and the global Finance Systems team
- Prepare and present system status updates, project progress, and recommendations to regional and global leadership
- Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and training events across LATAM time zones
