We're looking for an Office Manager to take full ownership of how our office runs the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly, so that the rest of the team can focus on the mission. At TYTAN, we're building the autonomous air defence systems that protect Europe's skies and critical infrastructure, and that mission only moves as smoothly as the environment behind it. This role is where that happens.

This is a part-time fixed term position (6months), minimum 20 hours per week, with a strong on-site presence at least 4 days a week, (5 preferred), and mornings ideally.

Your Roadmap to Make an Impact

- Own the front-of-house experience, welcome visitors and coordinate them to the right meeting rooms.
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms so they're tidy, organized, and ready to use
- Keep the wider office space well-organized and fully functional
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers on facility-related tasks
- Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative and operational requests to keep the office running smoothly
- Help create a pleasant, efficient office atmosphere day to day

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a hospitality-related role
- A people-first attitude, you enjoy supporting colleagues and guests, always with a smile
- An approachable, professional manner that builds strong relationships naturally
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfort working independently across several small tasks at once, in a dynamic, international environment
- Good German and English language skills are required, (spoken and written)
- A reliable, proactive, hands-on mindset
- Familiarity with common office and collaboration tools (e.g. Outlook, MS Office)
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite role
- A valid driver's license is required
