Student Criteria:
- Education : Undergraduate or Graduate students. This program is designed and optimized for rising Junior or Senior Undergraduate students. Students must be actively enrolled in either an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program as of May 31st, 2027 to be eligible.
- Majors : Open to students currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
Activities:
- Support broker outreach, prospecting efforts, and relationship-building activities
- Assist with meeting coordination, follow-up communications, and pipeline management
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and business opportunities
- Collaborate with sales leaders on projects that support business growth and sales strategy
- Develop professional skills by contributing ideas and presenting recommendations to real-world business challenges
- Gain exposure to sales operations, business development practices, and client relationship management

Interns will be compensated at a competitive rate of $21/hour, for 40 hours of scheduled work per week over a defined 9 week period.
