Description

Pinstripes is known for attracting exceptional people who are passionate about service. Our Venues are dynamic in layout and design; no two Pinstripes are the same. We generally host hundreds of guests each week in our Bistro, Bowling, Bocce, or Bar areas. We also host and execute numerous events a week, from corporate small happy hours, to social gatherings, to seated coursed dinners.

The National Bowling Support Manager leads, trains, and works alongside site-level teams responsible for repair and preventative maintenance of bowling equipment across Pinstripes and Punch Bowl Social venues nationally. This role carries primary responsibility for Brunswick pinsetter systems at Pinstripes locations, with secondary support for Punch Bowl Social's string pinsetter equipment. The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to train frontline staff, manage vendor relationships, and reduce equipment downtime to protect the guest experience.

This is a national, multi-venue support role requiring frequent travel to Pinstripes and Punch Bowl Social locations for onsite repairs, preventative maintenance, and training.

This position is eligible to be based near any of our Pinstripes locations in Northbrook, IL; Oakbrook, IL; Cleveland, OH; Orlando, FL; Bethesda, MD; Georgetown, DC; or San Mateo, CA . While proximity to a Pinstripes location is preferred, we are open to a remote-based candidate with the right experience. Significant national travel is required for this role. Candidates should expect to travel a minimum of approximately one week per month, with heavier travel anticipated initially as the role focuses on supporting locations and training onsite teams.

- Troubleshoot and maintain scoring systems (Steltronic, Brunswick Sync, Qubica, or similar) and lane conditioning equipment (Kegel or Brunswick).
- Diagnose and repair general mechanical issues and electrical control systems (12V, 24V, 120V, 208V).
- Work with operations leadership to optimize parts spending, vendor pricing, and lane utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory across venues.
- Travel to venues nationally to provide onsite training, support, and hands-on repair work.
