Engineer Senior - Industrial Engineering

Your Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement measures to enhance productivity in core and supportive production processes.

- Apply essential engineering processes and provide input for strategic decision-making.

- Contribute to the development of engineering strategies within key organizational fields.

- Aid in aligning capacity demand with budget and investment projects.

- Support new product introduction processes, including developing routings, fixtures, visual aids, and work instructions.

- Develop standard operating procedures for manufacturing, assembly processes, and various business support functions.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist maintenance teams with equipment-related issues as necessary.

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in an engineering-related field with at least 2 years of experience

- Strong professional experience in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline

- Solid technical understanding of production systems, productivity improvement, and engineering processes

- Good command of English

- Analytical, structured, and collaborative working style

- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
