JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Specialist position will perform and prioritize a multitude of complex duties in the areas of operations, including forecast analysis, grief resolution, slotting and product movement, composition of clear email communications, and reconciliation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interactive communication with multiple departments
- Performs a variety of complex administrative duties
- Operates various warehouse machinery and equipment
- Completes data entry on all new items entering the facility
- Assists with special projects assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a distribution environment
- SAP experience a must
- Strong computer, analytical, and data entry skills
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize time and tasks
- Possess a customer-oriented attitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work requires moderate muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as frequently climbing or, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weight up to 50 pounds.
