Position Summary:
Provides operational and administrative support to the Regional and Neighborhood & Community Center management teams. This role serves as a strategic liaison across departments to optimize the management of retail property assets. Key responsibilities include supporting executive leadership, preparing analytical reports, coordinating documents for approval, and executing comprehensive expense reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and scheduling for direct supervisor, conducting daily reviews to proactively resolve conflicts and optimize time management.
- Compile weekly executive reports detailing recent and upcoming store openings and closings, collaborating with asset teams to verify and consolidate data accuracy.
- Analyze weekly divisional leasing committee deals, identifying discrepancies against underwriting models and flagging potential operational risks for supervisor review.
- Administer quarterly reports to the division president, documenting progress on major capital projects and critical upcoming store openings.
- Monitor division-wide compliance for mandatory training assignments, tracking progress to guarantee completions by established deadlines.
- Evaluate lease amendment requests for completeness and flag high-impact financial changes that may require higher-level approval.
- Reconcile monthly procurement card expenses and coding for the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations, ensuring full policy compliance and consistent deadline adherence.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior executives, retailers, and other professionals.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
- 5+ years providing executive support to senior leaders or multiple teams in a fast-paced setting, ideally in commercial real estate, retail, leasing, development, or a related field.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $36.39 - $46.20
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
