The position is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics organization in the Colombian Diagnostics affiliate.

Who you are?

You are passionate about the impact on patients you can have? You are playful with uncertainties whilst you will stay your course towards the long-term vision? You are a self-starter and energized by new learning opportunities? Then you are the individual we look for! In order to set you up for success you require the following qualifications:

- You have gained at 2 - 4 years of experience in relevant areas (invoicing, e-commerce B2B tools).
- You possess IT and analytical skills
- You are avid about customer centricity and have strong communication skills with the ability to influence for change
- You gained relevant experience in order processing
- You are passionate about agile ways of working, leadership and people development
- You have a relevant bachelor's degree
- Written and oral proficiency in English (Intermediate-advanced)
- You possess advanced MS office skills and have previous experience with SAP S&D module

Main responsibilities

- Order Processing: Perform all order processing, invoicing, return transactions ensuring the quality and efficiency of the processes, fulfilling the customer’s SLA
- E-commerce: Implement the migration of customers to e-commerce tools considering client requirements and the sales affiliate objectives including trainings, maintenance and support to final users.
- Commercial partnering: Partner with the organization to agree on the e-commerce implementation plans at customer level, improve order behaviors and more
- Reporting and systems: Carry out specific order processing reports for customers or internally, and support the implementation of new systems and requirements
- Leadership: Pioneer agile working principles and methodologies and contribute towards the success of the team.
- Transformation: Embrace and role model a creative and agile mindset; act as a transformation multiplier, accelerating the journey of the wider affiliate
