Little Joe’s Mitsubishi is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Service Technician.
Want to start a career working on cars but keep seeing job postings that want 2–5 years of experience?
This one doesn’t.
We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, willing to learn, shows up ready to work, and wants the opportunity to build a real career in the automotive industry.
You do not need dealership experience.
You do not need ASE certifications.
You do not need years of experience working in a shop.
If you have the right attitude and work ethic, we can teach you the rest.
Little Joe’s Mitsubishi is a family-run dealership with a growing service department. We want to bring in someone we can train, develop, and eventually turn into a highly skilled automotive technician.
PAY
Starting pay is $18 per hour PLUS bonus opportunities.
This is not a job where your pay stays the same no matter how hard you work or how much you improve.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN TO DO
- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance
- Inspect vehicles and identify needed repairs
- Learn proper diagnostic procedures
- Use professional automotive tools and diagnostic equipment
- Learn how to do repairs accurately and efficiently
- Communicate vehicle concerns with service management
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Participate in Mitsubishi factory training
- Continue advancing into more complicated repairs as your skills improve
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience isn’t the most important thing to us.
Your attitude is.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has an interest in cars and automotive repair
- Is mechanically inclined
- Wants to learn
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Can follow instructions
- Takes pride in doing things correctly
- Has a positive attitude
- Works well with others
- Has a valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Is willing to invest in basic automotive tools as they progress
Automotive school, previous shop experience, ASE certifications or experience working on your own cars are all a plus, but none are required.
