Key Responsibilities
Scope of Work

1. Documentation Development

- Develop Standard Work (SW), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), User Manuals, and Quick Reference Guides for digital solutions.
- Create process flow diagrams, workflow documentation, and system architecture documentation.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and user guides for manufacturing and support teams.
- Maintain document version control and revision history.

2. Standardization

- Establish standardized documentation templates aligned with organizational requirements.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, terminology, and document structure.
- Support documentation governance and document control processes.

3. Digital Solution Documentation

- Document end-to-end business processes for MES, Ignition, Power BI/Tableau dashboards, machine connectivity, SAP integrations, SQL-based applications, and other Smart Factory solutions.
- Capture functional requirements, process changes, system configurations, and deployment procedures.
- Create troubleshooting guides and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

4. Project Documentation Support

- Prepare project charters, meeting minutes, action trackers, status reports, and project presentations.
- Support project planning, execution, and closure documentation.
- Track project documentation deliverables and ensure timely completion.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with Digital Transformation engineers, Operations Excellence team, manufacturing engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Gather information through workshops, interviews, and Gemba observations.
- Coordinate document reviews and approvals.

6. Knowledge Management

- Organize and maintain centralized documentation repositories (SharePoint/Teams or equivalent).
- Ensure documentation is easily accessible and regularly updated.
- Support knowledge transfer sessions during project deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, formatting, dashboards).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations and training materials.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and other MS Office applications.
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process mapping tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and document management systems.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies.

Functional Knowledge

- Experience creating SOPs, Standard Work, Work Instructions, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Exposure to MES, ERP, Manufacturing Systems, or Industrial Digital Solutions is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
- Self-driven with strong organizational abilities.

Work Experience

Preferred Experience

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical documentation, project documentation, or process documentation.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial engineering, digital transformation, or Smart Factory projects will be highly preferred.
