Location:   Buena Park, CA (On-Site)

Compensation:   $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:   Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing retail store network across the U.S.
This is an office-based position that works closely with store managers and internal teams to support retail systems, product and inventory management, sales reporting and analysis, and new store openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for MOIDA retail stores across the U.S. and communicate with store managers regarding operational needs
• Manage POS and retail systems, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and system updates
• Support new product launches and manage store reorders and product shipments
• Monitor store inventory, maintain accurate inventory data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate necessary adjustments
• Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports and analyze store sales performance and trends
• Support new store openings, including product preparation, POS setup, inventory setup, store supplies, and overall opening readiness
• Follow up on store operational requests and issues to ensure timely resolution
• Assist with other Retail Operations projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
• Entry-level candidates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with sales, product, and inventory data
• Experience with POS, Shopify, CMS, or inventory management systems is a plus
• Previous experience in retail or the beauty industry is a plus
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
• Korean and English bilingual ability is preferred for communication with our headquarters in South Korea.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support new store openings and retail operations
