- Executor of the Process
- Updates Company Cam daily
- Performs Daily Monitoring on assigned jobs
- Manages on site labor
- Communicates Dumpster swap outs and deliveries
- Monitors hotels stay and informs PM if extensions needed
- Updates PSA daily – Notes and Work Orders
- Obtains Invoices from Sub-Contractors for completed work
- Turns in Sign Off’s, Invoices, & Work Orders for Sub pay
- Helps obtain and secures all materials
- Deliver Materials if need be
- Quality Control
- Maintains Neat Job Site
- Reports back to PM if additional damage is discovered
- Obtain COS / COC
- Takes Completion Photos of completed work
- Any other tasked assigned by supervisor
- Travel position
