3011 - HVAC Interior IP Design Engineer

Key responsabilities:

- Define component and system engineering requirements.
- Create and develop engineering designs and concepts.
- Perform packaging, tolerance, and feasibility studies.
- Develop CAD models, drawings, and engineering releases.
- Support CAE, prototype builds, testing, Sourcing and validation activities.
- Resolve design, manufacturing, quality, and launch issues.
- Collaborate with Internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Manage engineering changes and documentation.
- Proven background in concept-to-production vehicle development and problem-solving

Requirements

- 5y+ years of automotive/commerical vehicle engineering experience within HVAC and Interior Instrument Panel

- Experience in systems and Cross-Car Beam (CCB) architectures

- 3y+ CAD experience (CATIA 3Dx, 3D Expereince or V5)

- GD&T and tolerance analysis

- DFMA & Serviceability principles

- Enlgish: C1/Advanced
