- Document test results clearly and accurately, and communicate findings to Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other technical functions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on calibration processes, documentation practices, and equipment reliability.

- Demonstrated ability to investigate calibration discrepancies, diagnose equipment issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Experience calibrating temperature, humidity, pressure, dimensional, thermal, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
- Clear verbal communication skills and strong technical writing abilities for documenting test results and calibration activities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, and Research and Development teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows-based systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk between facilities, and independently lift equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly preferred.
