What You'll Do
- Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to established quality standards. Follow detailed production specifications and processes. Apply exceptional attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process. Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals. Contribute to a safe, organized, and continuous-improvement-focused work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent hand-eye coordination. Strong manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Desire to continuously improve and develop craftsmanship.
Schedule
Monday through Thursday 1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
Compensation
Starting pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour. Additional $0.50 per hour shift differential for employees working 2nd Shift.
