Position Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating and executing recruiting efforts across assigned locations and/or departments for a variety of administrative through mid-level management positions throughout the organization. Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-priority openings, this role manages job requisitions, proactively sources and evaluates candidates, advises hiring managers, extends offers, and coordinates relocations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and able to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

- Processes job requisitions for assigned vacancies. Determines and executes appropriate advertising/social media outlets to source candidates for open positions, builds a robust candidate pipeline that is aligned with affirmative action goals and utilization benchmarks.
Sourcing, Pipelines & External Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and continuously improve sourcing channels to ensure effectiveness.
- Partner with search firms for recruitment support for hard to fill or niche roles.
- Represent the organization in external industry and professional talent communities to strengthen employer presence and talent access.
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, negotiation, and closing.
- Review applications and resumes to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements; conduct preliminary candidate interviews.
- Prepare and extend offers of employment; coordinate background checks, resolve discrepancies in accordance with policy, and support onboarding activities.
- Actively manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a consistent, positive, and transparent process for all candidates.
Process Improvement, Analytics & Systems
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of recruiting processes; recommend enhancements and implement approved changes.
- Leverage applicant tracking and requisition management systems to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Utilize workforce and recruiting analytics to assess sourcing effectiveness, recruiting costs, time-to-fill, and other key metrics.
- Maintain awareness of recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and industry-specific insights, particularly within the food and manufacturing sectors.
Hiring Manager Enablement & Capability Building
- Help coach hiring managers on best practices, inclusive hiring strategies, and effective candidate evaluation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to recruiters and plant hiring coordinators to elevate overall recruiting effectiveness and consistency when needed.
Experience & Skills:
- 3 to 5+ years of solid sourcing and recruiting experience
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively, as well as work on assigned open requisitions simultaneously
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including proficiency with the HR Assistant functionality.
- Recruiting experience across both manufacturing/operations roles and corporate/professional positions, with the ability to effectively source and assess candidates for a variety of functions and levels.
- Proven ability to develop talent pipelines through professional networking, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, professional associations and alumni groups and other recruiting strategies.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and present data related to the recruiting market, hiring trends, and sourcing avenues a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
Preferred Education:
BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSIs salary range for this position. The salary range for this role is $67,568.00 to $101,352.00 , with a midpoint of salary $84,460.00 . Offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. In rare cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer above the midpoint; however, offers at the maximum of the range are not customary. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance. Base salary is one component of OSIs overall total rewards package. Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.
Work Environment: This position is 100% onsite.
- Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.
- Work conditions are typical of an office environment.
- This role requires less than 10% domestic travel.
- Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds
- Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
- Position may require the physical ability to stand/walk for Less than 4 hours.
