Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Utility team member to support manufacturing operations within our Value Stream. In this hands-on role, you will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, complete required documentation, and help keep products moving safely and efficiently from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to training, work instructions, quality standards, and standard shop practices.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify products meet specifications.
- Use testing equipment to complete required quality checks, including bubble point, leak, flow, and differential pressure testing.
- Set up and use inspection tools and test equipment accurately at the workstation.
- Complete required production documentation and system transactions accurately and on time.
- Identify and communicate quality concerns, process issues, or barriers that may impact safety, quality, delivery, or production goals.
- Support smooth product flow through the Value Stream and assist with handoffs between process steps.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work area.

- Comfort working with basic measurement tools and production equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to raise concerns when something does not look right.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn new processes.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred; three to twelve months of related experience is helpful.
- Basic computer and math skills required.
- Experience using micrometers, verniers, calipers, scales, or similar inspection tools is helpful.
- Ability to wear a respirator when required.

Total Rewards
The starting compensation for this position is $21.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
