## What You Can Expect
The Associate Manager, Sales Operations, is responsible for optimizing the success of the Sales team by managing day-to-day processes to ensure smooth operations within the department. The Associate Manager, Sales Operations identifies opportunities and risks within sales data and communicates to leadership. The Associate Manager, Sales Operations reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
## How You'll Create Impact
- Support Sales Leadership to manage distributor contracts, including Sales Agency Agreements, incentive tracking, and territory alignment
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting (revenue, pipeline, quota, territory performance)
- Analyze distributor, regional, and account-level performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Support sales forecasting by improving pipeline visibility and accuracy
- Maintain data integrity across CRM and reporting systems, including quotas, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Manage reporting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Ensure accuracy of sales data, quotas, and performance tracking
- Evaluate effectiveness of incentive programs and recommendations
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership (AVPs, VPs) to drive execution and performance improvement
- Support territory and account performance analysis to improve planning and resource allocation
- Support distributor approval process and contract documentation
- Liaise with Accounting to manage order fulfillment, returns, and accounts receivable via tracking sales quotas and overriding commission payments
Expected base salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 with an added yearly bonus
