What You'll Be Doing
- Perform quality control testing on aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and/or related materials to verify product compliance.
- Collect samples, record test results, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Monitor production processes and communicate quality findings to plant and operations teams.
- Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain product standards.
- Promote and follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures in daily activities.
What Are We Looking For
- Knowledge of quality control testing procedures and ability to accurately perform and document test results.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations and production teams.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment, technology, and recordkeeping systems.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $31.00- $37.00 per hour.
