PART TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - San Francisco, CA (Hayes Valley)

REPORTS TO: Store Manager

PART-TIME: 10-25 hours/week. W eekend availability required (mainly Sunday) with potential to work weekdays shifts as well.

PAY RANGE: $20.50 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Topo Designs retail store employees provide exceptional customer experience, develop strong community relationships, and authentically communicate the brand message. Overview of responsibilities:

- Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products

- Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships

- Assist with local and in-store events

- Drive sales to meet goals and targets

- Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect

- Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures

- Implement merchandising strategies and directives

- Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand

- Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom

- Uphold a high level of asset protection

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

- Mastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and tools

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Experience Requirements: 1-3 years prior experience working in retail sales

Qualifications/Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communications skills

- Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills

- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers
