Job Location:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading 1-3 trim carpenters
- Safety tool box meetings
- Reporting time for crew daily
- Job budgets
- Expense reporting
- Carrying lifting and loading wood materials and hand tools daily
- Using power tools constantly throughout the day
- Communicate with Builder/Customer/Project Manager as issues arise on the job site
- Perform light tear out if necessary
- Apply caulk, silicon, and other epoxy and adhesives
Qualifications
- Experience of residential and/or commercial trim/cabinetry work
- Valid Drivers License / Clean driving record
- Good verbal communication
- Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the course of the day
- Construction Experience/Background
- Mechanically inclined
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Forklift experience is a plus

Indoor and Outdoor manufacturing environment with varying degrees of noise levels and seasonal temperature extremes
Visit job sites; walking on uneven and rugged terrain on multi-phase construction sites
