The Northrop Grumman CIDO Classified Solutions team is seeking an Associate Computer Systems Analyst to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will b e required to work on-site, full-time at our Huntsville AL location .

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Perform as a n Associate C omputer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contract s .

- Exhibits good communication skills, an energetic approach, and patience with customers.

- Establishes and maintains customer satisfaction according to defined objectives while adhering to established policies.

- Assists with the resolution of technical problems and answers queries by telephone, in support of internal customers computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.

- Awareness of operation s surrounding multi-user computer systems, including co llaboration with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians

- Able to support multiple networks , under direction e nsur ing necessary administration tasks are completed following all security policies and procedures .

- Follow documented technical processes and procedures in support of job duties as assigned .

- Report task status es as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral format .

- Awareness to w ork ing across disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, and hardware, between software and operating systems, between networks and applications, and between one-time events and recurrent systematic problems.

- S upport environments by means of ticketing requirements systems (ServiceNow, JIRA) .

- Raises issues that require senior level attention or involvement.

- Lifts and moves equipment up to 50 pounds.

- Work after hours, and weekends, as needed.

Basic Qualifications :

- Master’s or Bachelor's Degree with 0 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of experience is required
- Basic understanding of Windows Server OS

- Candidates must meet the U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Associate Computer Systems Analyst – Security+

- Must be able to obtain and/maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree with 1 years of experience in Information Tec hnolog y

- Active Top Secret, SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph

- Security+ CE certification

- 1 year of Information Technology experience with Windows Server Administration

- Basic knowledge of NISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments

- Knowledge of Windows server domain management, including Windows AD, LDAP

- Awareness of basic network topologies

- Awareness of environmental monitoring tools (HBSS/Solar Winds/Splunk)

- Basic knowledge of scripting

- Awareness of system imag ing as they pertain to enterprise environment s

- Experience with Assessment & Authorization processes
