Automotive Sales Manager

Pacifico Hyundai is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Sales Manager to join our dealership.
The ideal candidate will have Hyundai sales and/or Automotive Management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a successful sales team. Experience with CDK is helpful.
Responsibilities include:
·         Leading and supporting the sales team
·         Assisting with deal structure and closing
·         Monitoring sales performance and department goals
·         Providing excellent customer service
·         Coaching and developing sales staff
·         Working closely with dealership management to achieve overall objectives

Qualifications:

Must be a strong closer and motivator. 
·         Hyundai experience strongly preferred
·         Automotive sales management experience
·         Strong leadership and communication skills
·         Team-oriented management style
·         CDK experience helpful
·         Organized, motivated, and customer-focused
