This Role Requires Experience in Personal Injury

Synergy Settlement Services is seeking an experienced personal injury paralegal, attorney, or lien resolution professional who is ready to use their legal knowledge in a new way.

Personal injury experience is required for this position, with 5+ years strongly preferred. If you understand the PI case lifecycle, can confidently communicate with attorneys and law firm leadership, and enjoy solving problems and building strong professional relationships, we want to hear from you.

This is not a sales position and it is not a traditional paralegal role. Instead, you'll use your legal and personal injury experience to serve as a strategic partner to some of Synergy's most important clients—high-volume personal injury law firms.

You'll own the ongoing client relationship, oversee service delivery, resolve escalated issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and work across Synergy to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.

Location & Hybrid Schedule

This position is based in Orlando, Florida and is not fully remote.

Our hybrid schedule is:

- Monday – Remote
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – In Office
- Friday – Remote

Candidates must currently reside in the Central Florida area or be willing to relocate to the Orlando area and be available to work from our Orlando office three days each week.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you're an experienced PI paralegal, attorney, lien resolution professional, or other legal professional with significant personal injury experience who is ready to move beyond traditional casework.

The ideal candidate brings:

- 5+ years of personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Experience as a personal injury paralegal, attorney, lien resolution professional, or similar legal professional
- Strong knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle
- Experience with lien resolution, healthcare subrogation, Medicare compliance, or post-settlement services is highly valued
- The ability to confidently communicate with attorneys, law firm leadership, and internal executives
- Proven success building and managing professional client relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A polished, professional presence and the ability to lead high-level client meetings
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex or escalated situations
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Sales, and leadership
- Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems and tools, including AI
- Bachelor's degree, JD, or Paralegal Certification preferred, but not required

What You'll Do

Own Key Client Relationships

Serve as the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of high-volume personal injury law firms. Develop a deep understanding of each firm's needs and build trusted relationships with attorneys, legal professionals, and firm leadership.

Lead Client Meetings & Communication

Facilitate monthly and quarterly client meetings, discuss service performance and trends, address concerns, and identify opportunities to strengthen the partnership.

Resolve Issues & Advocate for Clients

Take ownership of escalated client concerns. Work across Synergy to identify root causes, coordinate solutions, and ensure issues are addressed thoroughly and efficiently.

Monitor Performance & Service Delivery

Review client-specific metrics, file activity, and service levels to identify trends and proactively address potential concerns.

Drive Continuous Improvement

Partner with Lien Resolution, Operations, Technology, Sales, and leadership to identify process improvements and develop solutions that benefit both our clients and our organization.

Ensure Quality & Consistency

Conduct file reviews, monitor adherence to established processes, and help ensure our clients consistently receive the high level of service they expect.

Compensation

Year 1 compensation range: $75,000–$95,000, including base salary and variable performance bonus, depending on experience and performance.

This is also not a fully remote opportunity . Candidates must be able to work from our Orlando, Florida office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
