Dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation visant à automatiser les principaux reportings sociaux France, Sephora recherche un Chef de Projet Reporting Social afin de sécuriser les productions actuelles et d'accompagner la mise en œuvre des nouvelles solutions.

En tant que Chargé de Projet Reporting Social France, vous assurerez la continuité et l'évolution de la production des reportings RH. Votre mission s'articulera autour de deux axes majeurs : la prise en charge et l'accélération d'un projet d'automatisation des reportings RH, et la production des livrables, avec le support d’un alternant, en attendant la mise en place des solutions automatisées.

1/ Pilotage et Accélération du Projet d'Automatisation des Reportings sociaux :

- Poursuivre les travaux engagés sur le projet d'automatisation des reportings (Bilan social, Rapport CCSCT, Rapport NAO,…) : Réaliser la revue et apporter les précisions nécessaires au cahier des charges existant.

- Coordination Projet : Assurer la coordination entre les interlocuteurs internes (équipes Paie, SIRH, Relations Sociales, C&B, RH) et externes (prestataire en charge de l'automatisation).

- Développement et Validation : Participer activement à la conception, au développement et, de manière clé, procéder à la recette des livrables issus de l'automatisation, avec le support des organisations internes clientes.

- Assurer le suivi du projet (planning, contraintes techniques, risques…) et alerter en cas de dérives potentielles.

- Rédiger la documentation technique et fonctionnelle associée aux nouvelles solutions automatisées.

- Participer à la formation des utilisateurs finaux aux nouveaux outils et processus.

2/ Production des Reportings sociaux France (période transitoire) :

- Poursuivre l'élaboration des rapports sociaux essentiels selon les méthodes actuelles, en garantissant leur fiabilité et exactitude : Bilan Social, rapport Handicap, données pour le SSSCT, préparation des Négociations Annuelles Obligatoires (NAO) et des Commissions du CSE (Comité Social et Économique), etc.

- Collecter, consolider et vérifier les données RH issues de différentes sources (SIRH, fichiers Excel, etc.) avec une grande rigueur.

- Réaliser des analyses ad-hoc et fournir des commentaires pertinents sur les tendances observées.

À horizon fin 2027 :

- Les reportings sociaux France sont issus de la solution automatisée de reporting social.

- Les processus et documentation des règles de gestion sont formalisés.

- La transmission des processus aux équipes pérennes réalisée.

N’hésitez plus à postuler si vous avez… ou si vous êtes…

- Issu.e de formation type Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Statistiques, Informatique de Gestion, ou équivalent.

- Une expérience significative (minimum [5] ans) en reporting RH, en gestion de projet transverse ou en data analyse est requise, avec une composante opérationnelle.

- Connaissance de la Paie France et des reporting sociaux

- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (formules complexes,).

- Familiarité avec les Systèmes d'Information des Ressources Humaines (SIRH)

- Capacité à gérer des projets, sens de l'organisation et de la planification avéré.

- Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication pour interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés et gérer les différentes parties prenantes.

- Rigueur, fiabilité et un sens aigu du détail, notamment dans la manipulation de données sensibles.

- Autonomie, proactivité et forte capacité d'adaptation.

As part of a transformation program aimed at automating Sephora France’s key social reporting processes, Sephora is seeking a Social Reporting Project Manager to secure current reporting activities and support the implementation of new solutions.

As the France Social Reporting Project Manager, you will ensure the continuity and ongoing development of HR reporting production. Your role will focus on two key areas: managing and accelerating an HR reporting automation project, and producing deliverables with the support of an apprentice while the automated solutions are being implemented.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

1/ Management and Acceleration of the Social Reporting Automation Project:

- Continue the work initiated on the reporting automation project (Social Report, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee Report, Annual Mandatory Negotiations Report, etc.): Review the existing specifications and provide any necessary clarifications.

- Project Coordination : Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Payroll, HRIS, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR teams) and external stakeholders (the service provider responsible for automation).

- Development and Validation : Actively participate in the design and development of the automated solutions and, most importantly, conduct user acceptance testing of the deliverables with the support of the relevant internal client organizations.

- Monitor the project (timeline, technical constraints, risks, etc.) and raise alerts in the event of potential deviations.

- Prepare the technical and functional documentation associated with the new automated solutions.

- Participate in training end users on the new tools and processes.

2/ Production of France Social Reports (transition period):

- Continue preparing essential social reports using current methods while ensuring their reliability and accuracy: Social Report, Disability Report, data for the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee, preparation for Annual Mandatory Negotiations and Social and Economic Committee meetings, etc.

- Collect, consolidate, and verify HR data from various sources (HRIS, Excel files, etc.) with a high degree of rigor.

- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide relevant commentary on observed trends.

By the end of 2027:

- France social reports will be generated using the automated social reporting solution.

- The processes and documentation of the business rules will be formalized.

- The processes will have been handed over to the permanent teams.

- Significant experience (minimum [5] years) in HR reporting, cross-functional project management, or data analysis is required, including an operational component.

- Knowledge of French payroll and social reporting.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas.

- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

- Project management skills, with strong organizational and planning abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and managing different parties involved.

- Rigor, reliability, and a strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive data.

- Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong ability to adapt.
