Clinically Licensed Adolescent & Family Therapist

InnerSourced Solutions has an immediate opening for a part-time therapist to provide individual and family sessions for children and adolescents (ages 8-17 years old) and their families .  This is a contract, part-time position with full-time potential.  P art-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week. Full-time positions require a minimum of 25 billable hours or direct client contact per week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, W-2 position after building a full caseload.  Applicants must be available for therapy sessions between 3pm and 6pm. Weekend hours are at the discretion of the clinician and parents/guardian but are not required.

Your Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings

- Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities

- Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system.

- Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner

- Uphold with high regard, the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPPA guidelines

- Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation

Requirements:

- Master's  in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) or Doctorate in Psychology

- Active License in the State of Maryland as a LSCW-C, LCPC, LCMFT

- Must complete CAQH application or provide pdf of CAQH profile data

- Must possess or obtain Malpractice Insurance

- Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.

- Must pass background checks

- Possess an active Maryland driver’s license, valid car insurance & reliable personal vehicle

Experience:  Minimum of 2-year of verifiable PAID EXPERIENCE diagnosing and treating mental illness with children and adolescents.

Compensation: Based on licensure level and RELEVANT paid mental health counseling / psychotherapy experience  with children and adolescents.
