Supply Chain Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations, preferably within a hardware, technology, consumer products, or manufacturing environment. This individual should be highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Supply Chain Manager will also identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

- Maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and other supply chain partners.

- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners regarding purchase orders, production schedules, lead times, and product availability.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting to maintain appropriate stock levels.

- Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including freight, shipping documentation, customs, and delivery schedules.

- Monitor inventory movements and work with internal teams to address shortages, excess inventory, or other supply issues.

- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier information within the company’s ERP system.

- Monitor supply chain performance through metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.

- Identify potential supply chain risks and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.

- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to support product launches, sales forecasts, and inventory requirements.

- Support procurement activities, including supplier research, purchase order management, pricing analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.

- Assist with supplier negotiations and contract management as needed.

- Develop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and other performance tracking tools.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Support the evaluation and improvement of ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systems.

- Assist with inventory planning for new product introductions and product lifecycle changes.

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and supply chain initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations, or a related field.

- Experience managing or coordinating supply chain activities within a hardware, technology, consumer products, manufacturing, or similar environment.

- Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and other external business partners.

- Working knowledge of procurement, inventory management, manufacturing coordination, and domestic/international logistics.

- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems; NetSuite is preferred.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Experience with supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement software is preferred.
