Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Summary:
This position will provide Production support for the Bonding cell on the production line in the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, and FIRETIP
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Manual ball and wedge bonding
- Automated ball and wedge bonding.
- Bond pull
- Plasma clean
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Typically a High School Diploma and 1 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Must be able to work with a microscope
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with Microwave subassemblies and knowledge of MIL STD-883
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
