About the Team & Business Line:
The Lithuanian Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in supporting Citco Vilnius continued growth and business success across multiple functions. As part of the global People&Performance function, the team partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across different functions. The team is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, driving hiring excellence, enhancing the candidate experience. Working in a fast-paced and global environment, the team combines market expertise, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder partnerships to help Citco build high-performing teams and achieve its long-term business objectives.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role created to support the continued growth of the Vilnius office and meet increased hiring demand across multiple business functions.
About You:
- Ideally, you will have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar fast-paced corporate recruitment role, and sourcing candidates across multiple functions.
- Able to adapt to changes in vacancy volume and shift priorities to support the business' key growth line.
- Experienced with newest trends of Sourcing and advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter Seat.
- Able to think laterally and coach/advise hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
- Experienced determining compensation recommendations, gathering market data, and negotiating offers.
- Able to work in a highly collaborative open environment with cross-functional team members.
- Possess proven organizational skills with the ability to manage own workload.
- You have Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline is desirable, but not essential.
- Own great interpersonal skills, and you are excellent in customer-service and able to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others.
Salary Range
2000- 3160 EUR GROSS
