Offering Strategy and Monetization, Senior Manager
The Opportunity:
Commer cia lizing innovative products and expanding their reach is central to Booz Allen’s business transformation and growth. As we build out our commer cia lization capability, you will bring muscle and create a more repeatable approach for turning some of the company’s most differentiated technologies and intellectual property, spanning cyber, AI, and other emerging technologies, into compelling, commer cia lly-viable offerings.
As an Offering Strategy and Monetization Senior Manager, you will work closely with sector teams to shape the commer cia l design of priority products and solutions, including how they are structured, packaged, valued, and monetized. You will orchestrate across pricing, finance, contracts, legal, and other teams to build commer cia l models, create reusable assets, resolve gaps and dependencies, and prepare the offerings for go-to-market. We are looking for a hands-on operator with broad experience in product strategy, monetization, pricing and packaging, or related commer cia l roles who can translate innovative technology and intellectual property into practical, scalable commer cia l models. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .
What You’ll Work On:
- Advance the commer cia l design of priority offerings and produce the tangible deliverables needed to prepare them for go-to-market, with an emphasis on repeatability and reuse.
- Develop cost models, offering economics, and pricing and packaging frameworks in partnership with sectors, pricing, and finance teams.
- Orchestrate cross-functional support to build commer cia lly ready, repeatable offerings and prepare them for market.
- Assess competitor pricing, packaging, monetization models, and commer cia l structures to inform offering design and commer cia l strategy.
- Define commer cia l pathways and delivery models, including how services, Booz Allen IP, and other assets come together into scalable commer cia l offering.
- Resolve commer cia l gaps, dependencies, risks, and approvals required for commer cia l readiness.
- Help build and scale commer cia lization playbooks, checklists, and reusable tools across offerings.
- Manage the products and solutions catalog and define business requirements for Salesforce workflows and KPIs.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in offering strategy, monetization, pricing and packaging, or commer cia l roles for B2B sof tware or technology solutions
- Experience translating customer and business needs into commer cia lly-viable offering structures, packaging, pricing, and monetization approaches
- Experience developing and operationalizing commer cia l structures such as SKUs, price books, product catalogs, and standardized packaging and pricing
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, pricing, contracts, and legal teams to bring commer cia l offerings together
- Knowledge of sof tware business models, cost and unit economics, and discounting strategies
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
