Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily wafer fabrication operations and drive production excellence. In this role, you will supervise a team of manufacturing specialists, ensure manufacturing targets are achieved safely and efficiently, and champion continuous improvement initiatives across quality, productivity, and cost performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Process Engineering, and Equipment Engineering to resolve manufacturing challenges, investigate production issues, and maintain high operational standards. You will also play a key role in team development, employee engagement, compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field; candidates with equivalent experience of at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience or knowledge in Photolithography and Etching processes is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Tableu for reporting, documentation, and communication tasks.
- Comfortable using digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) for communication and workflow management.
