Analyst - Sales Operations

In this role, you'll use data, reporting, and business systems to support sales leaders, improve operational efficiency, and help teams make informed decisions. This is a fully remote position. Mountain or Pacific Time Zones are preferred to support business needs.

What You Will Do

- Prepare and distribute monthly and annual sales performance reports, awards reporting, and operational metrics for sales leadership.
- Develop and support reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
- Partner with sales leaders and field teams to address reporting, territory alignment, sales compensation, and operational requests.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy and maintain system integrity.
- Participate in the design, testing, implementation, and monitoring of new business processes and technology solutions.
- Execute and support user acceptance testing, data validation, and system implementations to ensure successful deployment.
- Maintain and update sales territories, customer account assignments, and sales quota data within business systems.
- Train and support users on reporting tools, system enhancements, and new operational processes to drive adoption and efficiency.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience in sales operations, finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related analytical business function.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms.
- Experience participating in system implementations, testing, or process improvement initiatives.
