The position plays a critical role within HR Shared Services by ensuring payroll, statutory contributions, employee deductions, benefits-related transactions, and payroll records are processed and maintained in accordance with company policies and applicable Bahamian legislation.

As MSC Ocean Cay continues to grow and transition to a new Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, this role will contribute to establishing efficient, reliable, and scalable payroll processes. By ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule, the position contributes directly to employee confidence, engagement, and overall operational continuity.

The role will also support the organization’s financial and regulatory responsibilities by maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring timely NIB and statutory remittances, reconciling payroll-related accounts, and maintaining appropriate payroll controls. Accurate administration of employee deductions and benefits will further reduce payroll discrepancies and support effective financial reporting.

## Your Journey so far

You are comfortable working with detailed employee data, statutory requirements, reconciliations, benefits, and payroll systems—and you take pride in getting the details right.

Now, you are ready for an opportunity where your expertise can have a greater impact. At MSC Ocean Cay, you will play a key role in strengthening payroll operations for a growing hospitality destination while helping shape the processes and controls that will support the organization into the future.

This is more than a payroll processing role. You will have the opportunity to be part of the transition to a new HCM platform, contribute to building efficient and scalable payroll practices, collaborate closely with HR, Accounting, and Finance, and help establish a strong foundation for the employee experience.

For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to build, influence, and grow—bringing your existing payroll expertise to an organization where your work will be visible, valued, and directly connected to the continued growth of MSC Ocean Cay.
