ICF is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for conducting and managing agile scrum activities of a development team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that scrum rules are followed, and that scrum metrics are gathered to track team’s progress. In addition, the scrum master will be working very closely with the Product Owner, establishing and enforcing sprint priorities and releasing delivery deadlines.

Job Location: Remote work is authorized.  Must support US Eastern time zone working hours.

What You Will Do

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams
- Guide teams in the adoption and consistent application of Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
- Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and actionable product backlog
- Coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile values and practices
- Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Support teams in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Promote transparency, collaboration, and open communication within and across teams
- Assist in the discovery of new opportunities for team growth and development
- Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align on organizational Agile maturity
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance related to Agile delivery

What You Will Bring With You

- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years
- Candidate must be able to pass successful Public Trust background check
- US Citizenship is required by the federal government for this position
- At least five years of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager

What We Would Like You To Bring With Yo u

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; directly related experience may be considered in place of education.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM) preferred
- Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery teams and collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders.
- Professional Skills
- Highly effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across business, technical, and client teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments in a delivery-focused environment.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :
$98,614.00 - $167,644.00
