- Coordinate readiness across people, process, technology, data, supplier, risk, controls, communications and business stakeholder dimensions.

- Maintain transition playbooks, readiness plans, governance materials, adoption plans and stabilization routines to support consistent execution.

- Identify and escalate risks related to service continuity, knowledge transfer, supplier performance, regional requirements, decision rights and control effectiveness.

Provider Mobilization and Commercial Management

- Lead provider mobilization activities, including contract readiness, service level activation, reporting requirements, governance routines and operating protocols.

- Apply commercial and contractual discipline to manage scope, change controls, performance obligations, provider commitments and the financial implications of transition decisions.

- Establish KPIs, SLAs, performance gates, transition milestones, service reporting and provider accountability mechanisms.

- Leverage client and service provider perspectives to challenge assumptions, resolve delivery issues and reinforce accountability for outcomes.

- Track post-transition stabilization and optimization, including service performance, issue resolution, retained team readiness and sustained delivery against business case commitments.

Change Adoption, Partnership and Risk Leadership

- Partner with GRECS leaders, enterprise functions, regional stakeholders and the selected provider to align priorities, manage dependencies and support effective governance.

- Own adoption of the new operating model by ensuring retained teams, provider teams, people managers and business stakeholders are ready to operate effectively post-transition.

- Lead change readiness activities in partnership with dedicated change resources, including stakeholder alignment, communications, training readiness, leadership engagement and adoption tracking.

- Identify and mitigate transformation risks, sustain operational continuity and maintain appropriate controls through transition and stabilization.

- Champion a client-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

- Execute activities in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, Code of Conduct, Global Sales Principles and applicable operational, compliance, conduct risk and third-party risk controls.

- Lead, coach and develop assigned team members and project resources, setting clear priorities and reinforcing accountability across geographically dispersed workstreams.
