Summary

Are you a finance professional looking for your next challenge? Do you have experience supporting multinational organizations through financial management, business consulting, controlling, or commercial planning?

We're looking for a Financial Business Analyst to join our Americas FP&A Team . This position is based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and supports the entire Americas organization.

How You'll Make a Difference

- Support financial and operational planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning.
- Analyze performance against budget, identify variances, and provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
- Deliver financial, operational, and sales reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
- Create and manage financial models while providing insights into key operational metrics across the Americas business.
- Identify trends and risk factors and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and support the evolution of financial and operational practices.
- Assist with month-end close activities and reporting requirements.
- Create and enhance Tableau, Planful, and Apex reports to better support business performance.

What You Need to Win

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial statements.
- Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial tools such as Tableau and Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Python, SQL, R Studio, or statistical analysis tools is a plus.
- Passion for driving change, continuous improvement, and business performance.
