As an Administrative Program Coordinator II, you will function as a liaison and administrative, technical or operational resource and initiate or lead less complex projects. In this role, you will serve as the primary support for the Executive Dean of the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine (CCLCM) and provide scheduling and calendar support for the Associate Dean for Curricular Affairs. You will coordinate policy evaluation and implementation, identify operational improvement opportunities, and develop communications, databases and budget summaries. You will also oversee student community and engagement and student well-being, while assisting with orientation, various student activities throughout the year and graduation. This is a rewarding opportunity that offers exposure to various specialties and potential growth within and beyond the team.

A caregiver in this role works a hybrid schedule from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with three days onsite and two days remote. (Schedule may vary based on departmental needs)

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

- Lead orientation and records management activities and ensure standards are maintained.
- Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
- Facilitate and attend meetings and records key outcomes.
- Identify key milestones and deadlines.
- Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
- Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.
- Assist department leadership with large or complex projects.
- Initiate or lead less complex projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

- Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience
- Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
- May require a license based on department/institute needs

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Healthcare or related organization experience
- Experience developing healthcare, financial or education programs
- Previous administrative support/coordination experience

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- In some locations, ability to move to 25 pounds
