Job Purpose:
- The PT Valet Attendant at SELIG PARKING is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficient parking solutions to guests. The role involves safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless experience for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas while adhering to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring safety and accessibility.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding parking options and facility amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous
- Experience in a valet or parking attendant position is preferred
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage vehicle placements and keys
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Good physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the safety and security of vehicles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
