At Low T Center, we believe great patient experiences start with great people. We're looking for an energetic, personable PA, NP, APRN, or FNP who can bring confidence, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping patients look and feel their best.
You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide care focused on hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and overall wellness.

We're not looking for someone who simply checks every box on a résumé. We want someone who can connect with people.

- A strong communicator who can explain medical information in a way patients understand

Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Oklahoma NP or PA license
- Current DEA license
- Current Controlled Substance License
- Ability to complete 10 consecutive weekdays of training
Paid Training + Compensation
Two full weeks of paid training!
Clinic Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Clinic is closed from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch when applicable.
