About this role
Job Description
Position Summary
The Marketing Enablement Team (MET) exists to clear the path for our marketers to do what they do best: build emotional connections that inspire consumers to always reach for our brands. We build and refine the capabilities, processes, and practices that make great marketing possible — now and into the future.
As the Marketing Enablement Manager, you are at the center of how Beer Marketing operates. You will own and drive critical cross-functional processes — from things like commercial planning and budget management to integrated team ways of working, learning & development, and risk management. You'll partner with leaders across Brand Marketing, Brand Activation, Sales Enablement, Finance, IT, and Strategy to connect the dots, reduce friction, and accelerate the impact of a ~100-person marketing organization behind some of the most iconic brands in the industry.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex operational challenges, influencing the organization, and building the infrastructure that makes a world-class marketing team run.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Initiatives:
- Lead cross-commercial strategic projects such as Local Market Strategy — including data model refinement, playbook development, and integration into the commercial planning process.
- Partner with IT to identify and prioritize technology solutions that improve marketing operations (e.g., budget tools, reporting dashboards, collaboration platforms).
- Support the socialization and activation of portfolio-level strategies across the marketing organization.
Planning Initiatives and Ways of Working
Commercial Planning & Collaboration
- Own the end-to-end Commercial Collaboration process — from kickoff through summer BU meetings and CAP — including deck development, content guidance, feedback tracking, and cross-functional coordination between Marketing and Sales/SET.
- Develop and manage the integrated commercial planning calendar, defining ownership, timing, and key accountabilities across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Strategy.
Budget & Financial Process Management
- Support the annual budget planning process, including timelines, templates, governance structures, and decision rights — partnering closely with Finance, Strategy, and Marketing leadership.
- Drive day-to-day budget process improvements in partnership with IT and Finance, including tools assessment, taxonomy standardization, and systems-driven upgrades.
Integrated Team Ways of Working
- Support and evolve integrated team structures (brand pods and integrated brand teams), including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, meeting cadences, and communication practices.
- Create frameworks, tools, and training materials that empower brand directors and cross-functional teams to operate with clarity and accountability.
Communication & Team Culture
- Lead change management efforts informed by stakeholder listening tours, surveys, and cross-functional collaboration to simplify how teams work together.
- Contribute to Marketing Town Halls, Beer Marketing Summit planning and broader team engagement initiatives.
Learning & Enablement
Capability Support
- Build and maintain onboarding and transition guides that ensure new marketing talent is set up for success from day one.
- Develop the Beer Marketing learning calendar and coordinate training initiatives with cross-functional partners (SET, HR/Talent Development, IT).
- Partner with Global HR, Subject Matter Experts and key vendors to design and deliver learning programs across the marketing organization — including data analysis training, commercial planning education, and functional capability building — through live, virtual, and on-demand formats.
Compliance
Risk Management
- Lead the monthly Risk Committee process, maintaining guidance and documentation while partnering with Communications and Enterprise Risk Management to align, train, and continuously improve risk practices.
