We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, and Litify to join a dynamic team supporting a Salesforce environment with 350+ users across multiple departments .

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions .
- Build standard and custom Lightning components using Apex and LWC .
- Manage and enhance Salesforce automation, including refactoring legacy processes.
- Plan, build, test, and deploy integrations with other systems.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Evaluate the impact of new requirements across Salesforce and connected systems.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing Salesforce environment .
- Support a Salesforce ecosystem serving 350+ users .
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Litify experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, automation, and integrations .
- Experience with Salesforce security, permissions, objects, layouts, and data.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful reports/visualizations.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
