SAIC is seeking a part-time Training Analyst Consultant to support our team in Huntsville, AL.
This position is 100% remote.
The Training Analyst Consultant will be responsible but not limited to the following:
- Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate Cybersecurity Curriculum Content
- Conduct needs analysis, custom course development, and evaluation criteria
- Instruct and organize course content in educational institutions
- Develop and deliver learning activities, demonstrations, course content, materials, and visual aids
- Create and support various instructional formats (lecture, lab, CBT, WBT)
- Develop exams and evaluate participant's learning outcomes
- Monitor and enhance training programs
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree and eighteen (18) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree
Required Clearance:
- None
Required Skills:
- Review Tech+ Curriculum units and make suggestions to the SME team
- Work with the SMEs to create / modify content as needed
- Work with the content review team to make sure all activities and labs have been reviewed
- Work with the instructional design team to review any material they need reviewed or modified
- Provide status of curriculum development to the SAIC project manager
- Keep the curriculum team on the timeline for completion
