JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiting Coordinator, reporting to the VP Human Resources, will partner with the HR Team to provide focused, regionalized support for the employees based in each of the locations.  The coordinator will primarily be responsible for recruitment activities as well as basic employee relations. Needs and priorities will be determined in conjunction with the VP of HR. The coordinator will receive the necessary support from the centralized HR staff but will be expected to function independently.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer telephone calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, and forward when necessary
- Collect and store candidates’ resumes
- Clear candidate names from our database for firms
- Update and track current, hired, and passed candidates and feedback in Excel, Access, and Word spreadsheets
- Schedule candidates for screens, interviews, and onsite visits
- Schedule conference rooms and Zoom (web-based) meetings for employees/candidates
- Provide candidates with interview prep information and confirm their appointments
- Create, print, distribute, and activate/deactivate employee and visitor badges
- Update employee information in security system and created badges when needed
- Create, update, and distribute directories and organizational charts
- Order, track, and organize office supplies and promotional products
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments
- Provide information for employment verifications
- Take minutes of meetings and distribute to appropriate employees
- Special Projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Experience in human resources preferably with recruitment and employee relations focus.

·         Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of employees

·         Strong organization and prioritizing skills with attention to detail.

·         Knowledge of HR laws and current practices

·         Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently; can anticipate needs and work proactively

·         Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday

·         Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems

·         Strong MS Office skills

·         Ability to generate reports and analyze data

·         Interpersonal, collaboration and team skills

·         Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities.

·         Valid Driver’s license

This is a full time position (40 hours). The hours are flexible and may fluctuate depending on the needs of the region.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to travel between sites within the region.

Compensation and Benefits:
$40,000 -$70,000
