About the role
Know your area and enjoy helping others get better at it? As our Nightfill Specialist, you’ll put your experience to work on the floor, taking the lead on key routines in your area and helping the team deliver for customers every day.
You’ll spot and solve issues as they happen, keep a close eye on standards, safety and compliance, and share what you know through practical, in-the-moment coaching. You won’t have direct reports, but you’ll have the opportunity to build your influence, broaden your store experience and help others perform at their best.
Nightfill Specialist: You’ll help lead the nightly fill, setting priorities across deliveries and aisles so the team can work safely and efficiently and leave the store ready for tomorrow.
Expected Working Hours: 2pm - 11pm, working every second weekend
About you and your skills
- Experience working in retail or another fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- A passion for great customer service and putting customers at the heart of what you do
- A team-first approach, with the confidence to coach, support and share your knowledge with others
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and keep things running smoothly
- Confidence working with operational targets and KPIs
- A commitment to creating a safe environment, with a focus on food safety, compliance, health and wellbeing
