Our 915-bed nonprofit, acute, tertiary, teaching Level I trauma center hospital is in the heart of Los Angeles. The Pharmacy Department has over 500 team members who are dedicated on providing both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care tailored to their needs.

Join Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at the forefront of one of the most transformative areas of medicine. The Cellular and Gene Therapy (CGT) Pharmacist Coordinator will serve as a clinical, operational, and strategic pharmacy leader in building and advancing a comprehensive CGT program across the health system. In this highly collaborative role, you will help design the infrastructure, governance, workflows, and partnerships needed to safely and effectively evaluate, procure, coordinate, administer, and monitor commercially approved, investigational, and emerging CGT products. Working closely with physicians, pharmacists, laboratory and research teams, finance leaders, and other key stakeholders, you will help translate innovative therapies into accessible, efficient, and patient-centered care. As the CGT field continues to evolve, you will identify emerging opportunities, support strategic planning, and help shape the future of therapy delivery at Cedars-Sinai. Your leadership will contribute to the safe, equitable, and financially responsible growth of CGT services while advancing the organization’s clinical, academic, and research missions.

This position has a flexible hybrid opportunity (up to 50% remote) and inpatient staffing (1 weekend per month) requirement.

Educational Requirements:

- Pharm.D. degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Completion of a PGY1 residency or equivalent practice experience

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:

- Current pharmacist licensure in the State of California.
- BLS certification upon hire

- Possesses experience in drug information services and formulary development
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
